Anyone can apply for one of our garages and you don’t have to be a bpha housing tenant.
In order to be eligible, you must not have any current debts with bpha and must be aged 18 years or over.
Please note. We are unable to allocate any garages until after August 2025 and for this we apologise. You can still register and apply for a garage but no garage offers will be made between now and the end of August 2025.

When being allocated a garage the Allocations & Lettings Team will clarify if the cost of the garage is standard or refurbished.
