Managing your bpha account has never been easier. Gain access to a whole host of growing features and functions to help you manage your account with us online.

Simply click the Sign in / Register button below and validate your account by confirming your e-mail. You will be sent a verification code to the email address you register with.

Existing bpha tenants and New customers
If you do not already have a my.bpha account or you are not an existing bpha tenant, you do not need to contact us before registering. Simply use the Sign in / Register button below and follow the easy steps to start a my.bpha account.

Those registering because they have received an email invitation to complete a Suitability Assessment, simply use the Sign in / Register button and select the option for completing a Suitability Assessment. Additional instructions for this process are included in the invitation email.

Those registering on behalf of someone else
If you are registering for a my.bpha account with Third Party Consent, or with Power of Attorney, please call us on 0330 100 0272. You will not be able to register online.

You must be aged 18 or over to register for a my.bpha account
